Roo SalonOS is built by Olircore Solutions on one premise: salons rarely fail from a lack of clients — they lose money invisibly, and the fix is making the numbers tell the truth automatically.

Why we built it

Stock that walks out the door unaccounted for. Services priced on a hunch instead of real cost. A cash drawer that doesn't reconcile, with no accountability. Tax records reconstructed after the fact. A client list that lives on someone else's booking platform. These five problems show up in salon after salon, and none of them are solved by bending a generic retail POS or a generic booking app into shape — they need software that already understands what a salon actually does.

That's the whole premise of Roo: every workflow — a service recipe that consumes stock, a commission split between two stylists on one ticket, an appointment that converts straight into a bill — is built assuming a salon, not adapted from something else.

Where we are today

Early, and honest about it.

Roo doesn't have customer case studies to show yet — we're a young product. What we can show is exactly how the checkout, the stock ledger, and the cash-drawer close actually work, and let a salon owner judge the mechanics directly rather than take a testimonial's word for it.
